In Nürnberg, in October 2010, the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nürnberg held the first annual conference with 250 participants, as part of the meta project "BALANCE" which is supported by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) and the European Social Fund (ESF). After a public selection procedure, the organization of the conference was assigned to Servicebroker GmbH. From the very start, Servicebroker GmbH proved to be an experienced and professional partner, beginning with the careful analysis of needs, the initial public offer, the preparations and, above all, the very convincing and at any time solution-oriented handling of the congress.
